Exploring the paranormal, the uncanny, and the fear of the unknown, I experiment with different types of film and darkroom techniques.  I have a tendency to trick the audience into thinking they are seeing something that might actually be something else. In my series Paranormal Beliefs, I use polaroid images and found objects to connect with paranormal spirits. By photographing mundane places and objects, I am letting the viewer know that paranormal spirits can be all around us. My current work is exploring the alien abduction phenomenon. People are afraid to talk about these topics because they are not sure what is real and what isn’t. They are afraid of the unknown, which is why I want to explore these topics, because I also fear the unknown.
