One of Chicago's most eclectic and popular events, Starving Artist pairs the city’s most inspiring visual artists with its most innovative culinary talent for a night that will delight your senses and help raise funds for Chicago Artists Coalition.
This year, guests can expect incredible installations by Luftwerk, Diana Gabriel, Alexandra Noe, Edyta Stepien, flavorful bites courtesy of Chef Matthias Merges of Yusho, chef Kyle Petersen of Fulton Market Kitchen and Chef Chris Pandel of Bristol and Balena and Jared Van Camp of of Element Collective and mouth watering cocktails by Revae Schneider of Femme du Coupe, Brian Sturguleski of Fulton Market Kitchen, and Jason Brown of Kinmont. Artists and chefs will work collaboratively to create immersive environments filled with food, art and mixology. The evening will include spontaneous performances, DJ entertainment by DJ Victor Carreon, delicious cocktails, wine, beer and enough sweet treats to send you to the dentist.

"As government endowments for the arts continue to be depleted, it’s important to find and support organizations that foster creativity, CAC is one of the few left that does this wholeheartedly. Chicago chefs and restaurants can learn a lot and benefit by partnering with the CAC community.”
